Return of purchased products

Do not forget to inform us about it by e-mail kontakt@doctorscbd.pl, providing the details of the buyer and the order number.
Attach the completed form to the package – it will speed up the process of returning funds to your account. Returned goods with the note "Return of goods" should be sent to our address:

The returned product should be properly secured and packed so as not to be damaged, it should have original stickers and packaging.
The cost of shipping the returned goods is borne by the Buyer (Customer). The refund will be sent to the account within 14 days to the bank account number provided in the form.

Complaint

If you want to advertise the purchased product, write an e-mail to the following address: reklamacje@doctorscbd.pl More detailed information describing the reason for the complaint will allow us to find the series of a given product faster and determine what happened, that you need to look at this tab.
